Description
A contemporary pale ale, crafted using extra pale malts as a basis and a tiny amount of wheat added for a straw to golden, slightly hazy liquid with a gentle white foam on top. Robust amounts of contemporary hops, including as Citra, Galaxy, and Nelson Sauvin, provide invigorating surges of citrus, passionfruit, and green melon, supported by a delicate grassy bitterness. Fruit-forward hops, grassy bitterness, and a light to medium body work together to create a pleasant and cooling pale ale.
